Ticketing Guidelines

  1. TICKET PURCHASE. Ticket purchase is available at www.fangirlasia.com. Ticketing opens by February 1, 2010.
  2. SEAT ASSIGNMENT. Tickets are sold according to area and seat number. Please refer to the seat map to locate assignment of seats.
  3. PAYMENT OPTIONS
    • Cash – to be accepted on February 6, 2010 at SMX Convention Center, Meeting Room 5, Seashell Drive, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
    • Bank Deposit – to be accepted as payment option on www.fangirlasia.com. The seats selected will be reserved for only 3 banking days for the purchaser to make the deposit. Bank deposit slips should be scanned and e-mailed to tickets@spinmanila.com to confirm payment. Payments to be deposited to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Current Account Number 3461 0039 22, Account Name SpinManila Inc..
    • Pay Pal – available online at www.fangirlasia.com starting February 1, 2010.
    • Credit Card – available online at www.fangirlasia.com payments starting February 1, 2010. PayPal is the credit card payment provider for this payment option. SpinManila encourages PayPal Credit Card Payments for security of both the purchaser and SpinManila as seller.
  4. The February 6 SMX ticketing distribution is for those who reserved their tickets through their fan clubs and those who reserved tickets between January 18 and January 31 who wish to pay in cash. Tickets unreserved will also be available for sale to the general public on this event.
  5. CLAIMING/DELIVERY OF TICKETS.
    • Tickets may be claimed at SMX Convention Center, Meeting Room 5 on February 6, 2010, provided that it has been paid for online or will be paid for in cash on that day.
    • Paid tickets may also be claimed at the event venue, PICC on the event date, March 6, 2010.
    • Tickets may also be delivered via Xend Express. Additional delivery charge of Php50.00 for minimum of 1 ticket and maximum of 3 tickets (within Metro Manila). For ticket delivery outside of Metro Manila, additional charges will be computed accordingly.
  6. All interested ticket buyers should have an e-mail address and contact number.
  7. Children below 7 years old are not allowed.
  8. TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
    • One ticket per person regardless of age.
    • Tickets will be voided should there be alterations and damages, and no refund will be made.
    • Mobile phones and all other electronic device must be turned off upon venue entrance.
    • No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the show. The Event Promoter reserves the right to confiscate any film, audio tape, video tape or any recording device caught in possession at any time.
    • Food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue. Smoking, bringing in any flammable, explosive and hazardous items are also strictly prohibited.
    • SPINMANILA INC. reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the conduct of the performance due to adverse weather, dangerous situation, or any other causes beyond its control. SPINMANILA, INC. shall only be responsible for the refund of the purchase price of the ticket.
    • SPINMANILA INC. reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artist and/or vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
    • SPINMANILA INC. shall not be held liable for any risk, damage or loss including but not limited to bodily harm and personal property damage or loss, resulting from attendance to the event before, during and after the performance.
    • Violation of any of these terms and conditions will result to immediate ejection without refund or compensation.
